For order cancellation please drop a e-mail with your order number to particular store owner, e-mail would be mentioned inside the store.

Or if you're inside the UAE, give them a call so that they can stop processing your order before it is dispatched.

If your order has already been dispatched you'll need to wait for it to arrive and then get in touch so that we can process it as a return.

If you wish to return anything that you have bought on Dubaishoppers.com, we'll be happy to refund or exchange a product provided that it is in fully re-saleable condition.
